Research project oversight

Write a 1000 word executive summary to your organization’s leadership team answering the following:

• What is project oversight?
• How will project oversight impact the organization? How will it impact the project manager?
• What is the importance of project oversight to the future of project management?

Project oversight indicates I need to find articles and write a paper on why any project management needs oversight and what impact that has on the organization (company, team, etc) and the project manager. You also need to answer the value of project oversight to project management generally.

I have given you two references from the school library. I just need another reference.
