Cloning another human being that has passed away, I feel would not be the same because it is obviously not the same person. Several other countries and states in the U.S. have banned the topic of cloning. There are tons of risks involved in this procedure and even the after effect may not turn out to be as expected. There are still to many unclear variables that even scientists are unsure about.
