The reading this week covers the topics of memory and consciousness. There are 2 parts to this week’s discussion forum and both topics are very relevant to the life of a student. First I would like you to share study tips that you have found useful in remembering information for a test. For the second part, I would like you to share some tips on dealing with sleep problems. I am sure all of us have struggled with insomnia. What has worked for you in regards to getting a good night’s sleep?
