Your task is to develop a program management plan template that incorporates all program and component plans. You may develop this template in a generic sense. Alternatively, to provide a framework for this task, you may use an example of a real-world program in which you have knowledge and experience (e.g., a case study). You should obscure the actual name of the company and people. If you do not have experience with a real-world program, then you may use a case study scenario from your textbook. The program management plan template should be 6-10 pages in length.

Be sure to include the following elements in your template:

• Purpose of template
• Scope
• Objective
• Component milestones
• Benefit deliverables
• Component dependencies

Describe and explain the sections in your template. Your description should address the purpose, key attributes, and characteristics for each section of your template. Use example graphics or tool representations where necessary. Make sure that you address certain key elements, as follows:

• Outline of the key elements of program direction and management
• Identification of how decisions should be presented and recorded
• Description of how performance reports will be prepared and distributed
• Data instructions required for each section
• Example of data content for each section

In developing your paper, I expect you to describe the processes and activities that are needed to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate multiple components within the program as well as coordinate the various processes and program management activities within the program management. Presuming one understands the academic/intellectual concept of integrated processes…how is process integration assured in a practical way? That is, what tangible program activities turn the academic principles into real practice?
