Module Description: With the increase in mobile devices and medical devices the risk to healthcare security is ever changing.A one time implementation and evaluation of the new polices is not sufficient to deal with emerging threats.Companies need to have a plan in place to constantly monitor for new threats and put policies and practices in effect to reduce the risk.Using an agile project method has been suggested as a viable strategy for dealing with emerging threats.

Develop an agile project plan to address emerging threats.The plan should include:

• Who will be on the project team
• How participants will be trained to manage the continual flood of emerging threats
• What processes and practices the team will use to stay on top of emerging threats and respond quickly.
• The plan should be specific for the healthcare institution
