In this assignment, you will synthesize the content of this course by creating a strategic HR plan that includes salient HR functions as well as describing tactical methods to be used to ensure these strategies are effective, timely, and congruent with the organizations mission. Create a strategic HR plan that encompasses the following elements:
Included in the plan will be how each one is tied to the others and how each one contributes to the overall strategic goals of the organization.
