Module Description: Evaluation of policies that are instituted are important to determine whether they have been implemented correctly and across all of the institution.Evaluation should also take place to determine whether the policies are appropriate and effective for securing information, systems, individuals, and the institution as a whole. Policies are ineffective if they are vague or employees are not trained to carry them out.

Develop an evaluation plan for the Healthcare institution to determine whether their policies are implemented effectively, employees are trained and carrying out the policies, and whether the policies meet the needs of the institution.
