The topic is: Drawing on the theories on groups and teams, critically discuss the literature and how an understanding of the theory can support teams in practice.

You need to combine the two theories together and explain each category in two theories. You can have some emphasis, but you need to mention them all.

You can use personal experience, but only third person allowed for this assignment.
