• Review the Presentation – Part 6-Module 8 “Monitor, Control & Adjust Plan Components, Strategy and/or Process.”

Then,

• Write a 1-page (approximate 300 words) description of what your group determines as the way it will monitor and control the process and results of your strategic planning effort.
  • Provide your rationale as to why I included specific elements within your monitoring/controlling approach.
  • Discuss what risks or issues (e.g. management, stakeholder, logistics, resources) might impact the implementation process or results of my plan, and
  • State how I would manage these potential derailers if my monitoring indicated the likelihood of their occurrence.
