I need someone to write me about Collegiate Wind Competition, my part is about “ the wind rose, a radial histogram comparing the most common direction of wind, and than selecting the most reasonable direction for the turbines to face in the site we selected”. the site that we chose is A-1 of appendix A on the file that titled with ” info to get from”. Also, there are three examples that are titled with sample 1, sample 2, and sample 3 that we can look for. no less important, you should at the “engineering analysis of the design” file to get the directions from that file.
