Help me study for my Law class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

All questions are worth 20 points:

1. Explain the roles society plays in increasing the risk of delinquency for certain groups according to conflict theorists and labeling theories. Provide your thoughts regarding at-risk groups and provide examples to support your rational.
2. How does Job Corps meet the needs of disadvantaged youths? What do you think about the program; provide examples to support your rational?
3. How are teens referred to teen court? Do adults play a role in teen court? What are your views on teen court?
4. What are some of the arguments for and against abolishing the juvenile justice system? Take a stance on the juvenile justice system, for or against, and defend your position.
5. What possible changes may occur to the juvenile justice system in the future? Discuss some of the common trends that will characterize juvenile justice in the future?
