Major Case: The Major Case Study (Final Project) is an application of 4 Frame Theory to an organization you know or can research in some detail. Be sure to analyze the organization in terms of each of the frames. Also examine the balance among the frames—what are the strengths and weaknesses. In terms of organizational ‘wellness’ where does your target organization fall and why? If you were a consultant, what advice would have for senior management in terms of making it a more healthy and balanced organization?
