I think you can begin some preliminary work on the proposal itself while you wait. I would recommend beginning with doing further reading of peer reviewed journal articles and familiarizing yourself with the research literature related to you topic. You will need many citations in your proposal, and this is a time consuming process, so I would recommend you just start researching and reading!

I have attached the checklist…this checklist explains everything that must be in each section of each chapter of the proposal. I have also attached the guidebook.

Please use the research I have done on Issues facing veterans which is attached and use the checklist and guidebook as a guide for the proposal.
